ABOUT US

Hi! I'm Jenn!!  I am wife to my sweet, hard working hubs...a mom to 3 crazies... and I have always loved photography, designing, remodeling and organizing... even though my house is always in a state of project.

I am my families storyteller... I always knew I wanted to document children. As a small child I carried a camera around making the noise of the shutter with my voice. I was infatuated. I went out of district for high school so I could attend one with a photography program, I then attended Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara and obtained a BA in commercial advertising photography. I started my own business right out of college, taking on clients while traveling, assisting and always working with kiddos on the side. I lived in New York  for a year, assisting one of my favorite children's advertising photographers and nannying for 6 families just to get by. I moved to San Diego, and did much of the same... babysat kiddos and  photographed families. I then was talked into moving back to my hometown by a boy I used to get in trouble for laughing out loud with in high school classes. 11 years later we have 3 kids, a remodeled home in East Sacramento and I've been doing what I've always loved full time for 10 + years. Telling your families story!

I am so excited to be adding  "Documenting Children for the everyday parent" e- packet and personal mentoring sessions to my services. I am excited to teach more families to document their familyhood. (I'm making it a word)
